Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Video Explainers services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Video Explainers.

2. Services

Video Explainers provides animated video production services including but not limited to 2D cartoon animation, 3D animation, whiteboard animation, motion graphics, infographic animation, and typography animation. All services are subject to availability and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time.

3. Payment Terms

All projects require a deposit before work commences. The specific deposit amount and payment schedule will be outlined in your project proposal. Final payment is due before delivery of the final video files. All payments are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy.

All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. We accept payment via credit card, bank transfer, and PayPal. Late payments may incur additional charges.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, you will own all intellectual property rights to the final delivered video. Video Explainers retains the right to display the video in our portfolio and for marketing purposes unless you specifically request otherwise in writing. Stock music, sound effects, or third-party assets used in your video may be subject to their own licensing terms.

5. Revisions

We offer revision rounds as specified in your project agreement. Revisions are limited to changes within the original project scope. Requests that constitute new projects or significant scope changes may be subject to additional charges. Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery of each production stage.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete project information and materials
• Respond to review requests within the agreed timeframe
• Ensure you have rights to any materials you provide (logos, images, scripts)
• Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

7. Limitation of Liability

Video Explainers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
