Terms and Conditions are as follows.

1. You will be the one connected to the client 24/7, and we will be communicating with you.
2. Since you have direct contact with the client, we request that you provide us with the video script.
3. We would also like you to provide the voice over, but if you don’t have a voice over artist it’s not an issue we can use our voice talent service (additional cost).
4. Turn around time will be approximately 4 weeks. We will give you three revision opportunities on the storyboard and two for the animation. This allows us to be sure we can complete the project on time.
5. The final deliverable project will be in 1280x720px MP4 (H.264) video format.

We would always love to help you but one thing which can create a confusion is borrowing our work without our permission and placing it on your website.

This can cause trouble for us, you and our clients, and that is certainly something that we would not like to happen.
